Zephyr Drone Simulator Integrates NIST Payload Delivery Test for Public Safety Drone Training

Public safety drone pilots can now train for critical lifesaving missions using a high-fidelity simulation environment featuring new standardized test methods developed by NIST and leading emergency response organizations

Zephyr Drone Simulator (ZDS) has integrated a new Payload Delivery and Retrieval Test Method developed with DRONERESPONDERS, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), OMADA Group, and CERRA. The integration allows public safety drone pilots to train and evaluate payload delivery missions inside a high-fidelity simulation environment, supporting the growing use of drones to deliver lifesaving equipment during emergency operations.
